A custom parking sign can range from a simple parking sign with a company logo attached, through to a more bespoke sign showing the name (or title) of the person a parking space has been reserved for.
Custom parking signs are most likely to be seen at golf clubs, whereby the club captain (and other club members) are allocated a reserved parking space. The signs can include one or all of the following - persons name, the golf club name and logo, and the title of the member (e.g. vice president). They can be fixed to a fence or fence post, or they can be designed to be free standing.
