At Allen Signs, we thrive on challenges, and recently, we embarked on an exciting project that demanded our expertise in revitalising the signage for Running Imp. Over time, their once-vibrant signage had faded, and it was up to us to restore it to its former glory while aligning it with their brand guidelines. In this blog, we'll take you through the journey of reimagining and renewing Running Imp's signage, with a special focus on the meticulous work that went into matching their unique brand colors.
A Splash of Colour:
Running Imp is a brand known for its energetic and vibrant identity. To breathe life back into their signage, we knew we had to pay close attention to their brand colors. This wasn't a simple task, as one of the colors was a unique mix created exclusively for Running Imp. Our team of experts rose to the occasion, crafting the perfect color match that would make Running Imp's signage truly shine.
The Art of Signage Removal:
Before we could infuse fresh energy into Running Imp's signage, we had to tackle the first step: removing the old, faded signs. This required precision and care to avoid any damage to the underlying structure. Our team, armed with the right tools and expertise, successfully removed the outdated signage, clearing the canvas for our artistic touch.
Fabricating Excellence:
With a clean slate, we set to work fabricating the new signage elements. A standout feature of this project was the "Pin Badges" built-up lettering. These letters not only had to match Running Imp's brand colors but also had to stand out as a bold, attention-grabbing statement. Our team crafted these letters, paying attention to every detail to ensure they would leave a lasting impression.
Painting the Town (or Signage):
The highlight of this project was undoubtedly the painting phase. Armed with the custom-mixed brand colors, our team applied the vibrant hues to the signage. The once-faded signs were reborn in all their punchy glory. The revitalised signage screamed "be bold, be seen," perfectly capturing the essence of our work at Allen Signs.
