That's why we thought we'd take the time to offer you few top tips to help you choose the right print and display partner.
- Visit the premises: This will enable you to see the business in action and compare facilities with other companies. This also gives you a chance to ask questions in person and talk to staff to get a feel for the business without a false façade to hide behind.
- Ask for a free quotation: A definitive figure makes it far easier for you to compare prices. If they can't give you a figure, ask why.
- Form a relationship: Meet the person who will be your account manager to see if there is a rapport between you. Do they come across as open and honest with good communication skills? Would you feel comfortable working with them on a long-term basis?
- Don't base your decision solely on cost: If a price seems too good to be true, it probably is. Why can they produce products so cheaply? What are they cutting back on?
- See examples of their previous work: Bad quality products are a reflection on you and can negatively impact your business. Don't be afraid to ask for examples. If they're happy with their product, they'll be more than happy to show you.
- Check the reputation of the company: Testimonials are key to gauging an insight into how the business deals with its clients on a day to day basis. Ask for references and don't hesitate to contact them if you need reassurance.
